Having worked as a Technical Manager in a range of companies from SMEs to multinationals, I’ve conducted and overseen product development across a range of markets including industrial, institutional, household, personal care and automotive. But product development is only a small part of running an effective Technical function; there’s quality management, regulatory, technical service, sales support and production problem solving. I have coached and developed competent individuals in product development, quality management and regulatory, and built strong and effective teams that work well together and collaborate effectively with adjacent departments.
