Technical service, development, regulatory and quality management systems are there to add value and support the strategic direction of the business. When that’s not happening, it’s seldom just the process that’s failing. More often than not it’s a combination of people, relationships and focus. Sometimes it takes a fresh pair of experienced eyes to see through the situation, identify roadblocks and gently challenge unhelpful behaviours and mindsets.
